Job Summary

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager who can manage key clients, support business growth, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the Qatar market and a good understanding of enterprise IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with enterprise clients across various sectors.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and respond to tenders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as technical, delivery, and management to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and support the sales pipeline.
  • Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and share insights with management.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in enterprise account management or IT sales in Qatar.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, or software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Arabic is mandatory.
  • Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
  • Ability to join immediately.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with government or large enterprise clients.
  • Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
