Roles & responsibilities

• Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of data.
• Create POC for Stakeholders.
• Proficiency in design and implementation of data warehouse in Microsoft Business Intelligence stack (SQL server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI). Power BI experience is a must.
• Develop highly complex SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Views etc.
• Proficiency in Azure Cloud – Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse and Microsoft Fabric and Google Cloud – Big Query
• Proficiency in Python Programming
• Experience with SSIS is preferable
• Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.
• Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels.
• Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development
• Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized system integration and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.
• Manage process maturity roadmap to ensure processes evolve and are measurable over time.
• Develop work plans, schedules, and status reports and communicates with senior management and project team on project status.
• Work closely with Process Owners to monitor and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard sensitive information.
• Adopt teamwork approach.
• Perform data Analysis and understand the different sources and translate business needs into technical requirements

Minimum Qualification

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information and Technology or Management or Business Studies, Business Administration, IT or equivalent. Master’s degree is Preferable.
• Minimum of 8+ years in the IT projects field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a PLUS.
• Proficient with Power BI and any other reporting tool like SSRS or Tableau
• High proficiency with SQL language and database management.
• Proven analytical abilities.
• Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management.
• Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio.
