The IT Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to the IT Department, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. The role involves managing documentation, reporting, asset records, procurement coordination, scheduling, vendor communication, and supporting IT operational activities.

• Provide administrative and operational support to the IT Department.
• Prepare, maintain, and organize IT documentation, records, and reports.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, and IT-related communications.
• Track action items and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining departmental records and filing systems.

• Maintain IT asset inventories and equipment records.
• Track software licenses and renewal schedules.
• Ensure accurate documentation of assigned IT assets.
• Support periodic inventory audits and reconciliations.
• Procurement & Vendor Management
• Coordinate IT procurement activities and purchase requests.
• Track IT purchases, deliveries, and related documentation.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers regarding administrative matters.
• Maintain procurement records and supplier documentation.

• Monitor and track IT service requests and support tickets.
• Follow up on pending activities and resolutions.
• Assist in coordinating onboarding and offboarding requests.
• Support user access request management and related documentation.

• Support audit preparation and compliance documentation.
• Generate periodic reports and status updates.
• Ensure proper maintenance of IT records and policies.
• Assist with departmental reporting requirements

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Basic understanding of IT terminology, systems, and processes is an advantage.
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in: Information Technology (IT) / o Business Administration /o Computer Science
3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role.
• Experience supporting IT teams or working in an IT environment is preferred
