Key Responsibilities
• Arrange interviews and liaise with recruitment agencies.
• Coordinate accommodation and tenancy agreements for expatriates and secondment administration.
• Take minutes of meetings.
• Support in developing presentations for the Director and the HR function.
• Coordinate and facilitate the process of sourcing suitable job applicants for each vacancy within target timeframes.
• Coordinate and facilitate the process of onboarding selected candidates into their new positions at QSE.
• Collaborate effectively with the HR Director and HR Planning Manager to ensure the success of the HR function.
• Perform any other tasks assigned to the employee.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation, such as induction packs.
• Create and maintain personnel files for all employees.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a corporate or regulated environment.
• Mandatory fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, and personnel administration.
• Good understanding of local labor laws and employment regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR systems.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Professional communication skills and ability to work closely with senior management.
