Human Resource Professional- Arabic National
We are seeking an experienced HR Professional with 5–8 years of experience in a corporate or regulated environment. The role involves coordinating recruitment, arranging interviews, onboarding new hires, preparing employment contracts, and maintaining personnel files. Responsibilities also include supporting expatriate accommodation and secondment processes, taking meeting minutes, and assisting with HR presentations. The candidate will collaborate closely with the HR Director and HR Planning Manager to ensure smooth HR operations. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory, along with strong knowledge of local labor laws, HR systems, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
